Shipping

We currently ship only within Australia. We use Australia Post eParcel for the majority of parcels sent. Our terms of postage require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If nobody is home to accept the parcel, Australia Post will either determine if there is a safe place for the parcel to be left on the premises. If there's no safe place, they will leave a card and take the parcel to a nearby Post office for you to sign and collect. We provide tracking to add to the security of your ordered products. An email notification will be sent when shipping has been arranged identifying the tracking number. This may depend on special instructions given to us at time of order placement. Items to be left at premises are at the buyers own risk.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
